功能特點

1.臺達伺服，自主設(shè)計控制程序，施耐德電氣，進口氣動 ，加厚機架一次加工成型，王牌鋼精磨橫梁與滑塊滑座，進口導(dǎo)軌堅固耐用。
2.進板裝置，伺服傳動，省去了機械式傳動調(diào)節(jié)時的繁瑣，而且可完全避免進紙雙張的缺陷。3.模具下壓停頓貼角，伺服轉(zhuǎn)動，直接設(shè)定速度、點動自動，方便調(diào)試。
4.四角調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)計有對零標尺參考，單獨的坐標進退，橫豎調(diào)節(jié)時顯而易見，無需多次試貼，降低了高頻換模時的物料損耗。
5.貼角銅模座導(dǎo)熱快耗能低，抗震耐磨。
6.送帶部分，PET透明膠帶、牛皮紙膠帶通用，通過六角桿、傘尺等機械式傳動，送帶長度標準，避免偏帶堵帶。
7.整機設(shè)計緊湊，體積小，容易操作。可直接對接流水線進行下一道工序。
